Notes

* There are additional registration fees of £82 per person per document payable to the Office of the Public Guardian, which are not included in our fees.

** There are additional court fees of £385 (+ £500 if a hearing is required) and in some cases there are further costs in relation to taking out a surety bond, depending on the value of the assets. Estimate upon request.

*** There are additional probate registry fees payable to the court of £155 plus £1.50 per copy of the grant of probate or letters of administration.
